Prior to my awakening, in my 3D life, I was educated and worked as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer for Special Populations, Nutrition Coach and Spiritual Counselor.

My specialties were "undiagnosable illnesses' ', active aging and training the brain, and pre and post op rehab for structural injuries.

What I discovered during my career in assisting people on their various healing journeys was that every illness, structural issue or injury had an emotional root cause and if I didn't assist my clients in recognizing theirs, rather than healing they would become a repeat customer.

I found using visualization and personalized guided meditation was the most powerful tool I offered them.

As a counselor and mentor I worked mostly with those recovering from various types of trauma including sexual, death and grief, accidents, abuse of many kinds and so much more.

The depths to which a human can be traumatized is truly never ending. Many times the trauma lies in the micro traumas one has experienced by those they thought loved them. Regardless of the root cause I promise you there is a healing path with a buried treasure on the other side.

Now that I have had my awakening and my abilities are intact I innerstand and study the science behind the power of energy and the mind, and the mind's effect on the emotions and body, therefore the overall life of a person.

I incorporate all i have learned and my abilities into every session to offer a unique experience where together we will uncover what is holding you back in any area of your life and create a customized plan to guide you through it and into becoming the healthiest and happiest version of yourself so you too can embrace your Soul's essence, access your abilities if you wish and begin to live the life you have been dreaming of.
